Flexibility in adapting to a marketing agency needs
collaborative approach
THE OBJECTIVE
In this case, translation and localization happened at the point where marketing materials of one of their clients needed to be available in 5 different languages at once. A large portion of source texts were online content, but we also translated and localized CRM content and advertising materials such as brochures, leaflets, telesales guides, pitch decks, fact sheets, presentations, webinar, in-store banners, gift cards, etc.
THE CHALLENGE
A huge range of source texts needed translation and localization in 5 different languages.
Complexity of content: marketing materials have specific jargon and the localization process needs agility and robustness to ensure the message is compelling to the audiences.
An effective multilingual marketing translation is a translation that converts.
THE SOLUTION
We approached this project collaboratively, working tightly with the marketing agency ensuring that the tone and message of the documents were preserved.
The localization process involved adapting the materials to suit the cultural and linguistic preferences of each of the 5 country audiences, including adapting images, graphics, and other design elements.
The quality assurance process involved reviewing the translated materials for any errors or inconsistencies, as well as verifying that the translated materials accurately conveyed the marketing messages.
THE RESULT
SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH IN 5 COUNTRIES
As a result of our translation and localization workflow, the marketing agency’s client launch in 5 different countries was well received as shown in robust sales and positive customer feedback.
